The Team Behind LUMINA
We're a small, dedicated group of wellness specialists operating inside Fyzical in South Reno, NV. Our focus: helping you be the healthiest version of yourself.
Our Mission
LUMINA exists to make clinical-grade wellness accessible. Red light therapy, specifically photobiomodulation, has a growing body of peer-reviewed evidence behind it. We built a practice around delivering it properly. The right wavelengths and the right dose, with the highest spec machine.
We pair that with small-group fitness classes led by certified instructors who understand the relationship between movement, recovery, and long-term health.

Lumina operates inside Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers in South Reno, NV by the airport. Fyzical is a nationally recognized physical therapy franchise. Being embedded in this facility means our clients benefit from a dedicated clinical environment, not a converted storefront.
Parking is free and plentiful! Our entrance is through the main Fyzical lobby, and you'll check in with our front-desk there.
